Offered for sale is this 1972 Mercedes-Benz 250 Sedan finished in White (050G) over Medium Blue MB Tex interior (350H). Manufactured in February 1972, this W114 was originally sold by Enyart Motor Inc in New Mexico to the original owner based out of San Francisco. A former California Blue Plate car - the car remained in California for most of its life before being brought to join a private collection in Maryland. The 5-digit odometer shows 30,194 miles. The 250 is presented in largely original condition and includes books and manuals, tool kit, spare and service manual.
The exterior is believed to have been repainted once in its original White - the finish showing very well as detailed in the gallery. Minor stone chipping is present on the lower portion of the front end. Chrome brightwork is in good condtion. The medium blue MB Tex interior presents in excellent condition overall with only minor wear as pictured in the gallery including a cracked upper dash vent. The 2.8L 6-Cylinder runs is mated to an automatic transmission. The car runs, drives and stops well and all functions appear to be working as intended including AC. Notable recent service includes a fluid service and an ignition service/upgrade.
