Offered for sale is this very clean, lightly-modified 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX GSR SE finished in Graphite Grey over Black Leather/Alcantara. This rare Special Edition GSR model includes a number of features which differentiate it from other cars in the line; including: aluminum roof/hood, and front fenders, split seven-spoke forged aluminum BBS wheels, HID headlights with integrated fog lights, red-stitched Recaro seats, and front air dam extension.


This Evo has a handful of reliable, professionally-installed modifications which wake up the performance of the already potent 4G63 motor. Speed Density tuned to produce ~360whp/360wtq.

EXTERIOR: 8/10 – The Graphite Grey paint is in very good condition overall. The original forged BBS wheels have been painted Matte Black. One very minor accident is noted on the Carfax; the previous owner was bumped in traffic requiring replacement of the rear bumper and trunk. Front bumper has been resprayed due to rock chips/scuffing from normal use. Carbon fiber on the iconic rear wing is free of yellowing or fading.


INTERIOR: 9.5/10 – The interior of this Evo IX is in excellent condition overall. The SE-specific red-stitched Recaro seats provide incredible bolstering for spirited driving. The door cards, dash, headliner and carpeting is clean and shows little to no wear. A double-DIN Parrot Bluetooth headunit is installed in place of the original radio. Two gauges are mounted in a pod on the steering column to help the driver monitor engine vitals (Boost and A/F). AC blows ice cold.


DRIVETRAIN: 9.5/10– The 360whp 4-cylinder hums nicely from the Apexi exhaust which is catted to meet emissions standards. Not too loud. Speed Density tuned by Atlantic Motorsports, the 4G63 is incredibly responsive with an intoxicating induction noise. Equipped with the preferred 5-speed transmission and Comp Stage 2 clutch. No slipping or grinding. MR-specific Bilstein shocks have been installed as an upgrade with slight lowering via Tanabe GF210 springs. The yellow-painted Brembo brakes contrast well with the Grey paintwork and stop the car impressively with plenty of life left in both the pads and rotors.
